From the 2d to the 4th of October 2013 in Ryazan the First International Conference of “ZERS” took place. The participants were representatives of customers, manufacturers and offices service engineers. There were discussed coordinational and organizational questions concerning with growth, scientific and technological questions concerning with development and there were made decisions concerning with the actual problems and future prospects.
