THE FIRST WORK ON THE ARCTIC SHELF

Company ZERS is the first Russian company that carried out work on ice-resistant oil platform in the Prirazlomnoye oil field.

 On the Arctic shelf at the Pechora Sea 60 kilometers from the coast to the ice-resistant oil platform ("Gazprom Neft Shelf" and "Gazprom Drilling"), Specialists Group ZERS had done collar cementing of liner diameter of 168 mm(6 5/8 in.) in the production casing with the diameter of 245 mm(9 5/8 in.) in a horizontal well with the depth of 5030 meters and a horizontal length of 1500 meters.

The subsequent pressure test showed sealing of liner. Employer recognized the result of this work positive.
